RETURN POLICY

GUARANTEE

 For Standard Orders

( Excluding Custom / Personalized Order)      

( Each order is manufactured at time of order and we do not normally stock items)

 Should you be unsatisfied with your order, please notify us  within 10 days of   receipt of your order. 
 It must be returned in its original undamaged condition.  We will refund the purchase price less shipping and handling.  
 You can cancel unshipped orders for a refund of the purchase price.

 CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ORDERS

 We are sorry that there is no refund for custom or personalized orders unless defective or damaged when received. 

 DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  If any item is damaged or defective when received, customer must notify Iron Creek Metal Art within 48 hours of receipt of item. We will refund or exchange, the choice is yours.

 If received through UPS, please contact the nearest UPS location for pick-up and return.

 PROCEDURES for RETURNS

Phone or e-mail us, with your address and order number.  Indicate the reason ( optional) for our records and improvement.  Upon notification, we will give you a refund number.  Write this number  on the  box Repackage the item in its original packaging with the packing slip. Item must be in its original condition as received.  Pre-pay for all shipping costs to return the item.
